Our tooling factory has all the necessary equipment required in the mould manufacturing process. We also have highly precise detection equipment, strict measurement procedures, molding machines just for mould testing and very experienced mould testing engineers. The complete facilities and reasonable workflow enable us to offer extremely competitive mould price to our customers. Our tooling shop equipment list is as follows:

Our mould design director has more than twenty years’ experience in mould industry and mould construction engineers all have over ten years of experience, they are very familiar with every manufacturing process and procedure as well as all the mould components’ standard such as HASCO, DME, MISUMI. They also have a very good knowledge of injection molding technology, attributes of different plastic resins, and the property of common steel. With such profound knowledge and experience, our mould design team can offer you professional mould flow analysis and the best tooling solution based on your product structure and requirements.

We use the regular software like AUTOCAD, PRO-E, SOLID WORK, UG, etc, and can open the format like DWG, X_T, IGS, STP, etc.

FAQs about mold making

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is also one of the most widely used plastics in the world. ABS is often a standard when it comes to mold making.

The injection molding machine heats the plastic until it is liquid. The nozzle of the injection molding machine then injects the molten plastic into the mold (injection pressure). The cavity of the mold is now filled with the liquid plastic. This then cools and forms a solid product.
