When I receive the payment slip for a new mold from EG, I just realize he had already continued the business with us for almost 10 years.
EG is one of our European customers. The first time he sent the draft drawing of a toy component that was designed by himself, was in 2012. He asked us if it is feasible to make some prototypes with little budget. Because he would take it for some marketing testing in first.
We noted this is a new company and need more technology support on the product. So we suggested making a trial mold to check the part at first. After back and forth confirmation, we gave some recommendations on optimizing the part design. While the first trial sample comes out. EG said he was so confident in his product. About 1 month later, he decided to make the injection mold for production.
The great thing is, from 2012 to 2022, EG’s company is growing, from 1 person to several department. His business expands to most countries. We could like to accompany and witness his success.
