What do we do?
Plastic Navigation Industrial Ltd is a custom manufacturer of plastic injection molds and castings, including product assembly in DongGuan, China.
We provide a professional solution for product development and manufacturing: product design and prototyping, mold making and tooling, injection molding, as well as post-processing, assembly and testing – all in one service package.
What do we have?
Our group consists of a highly qualified management team, a powerful and professional engineering and technical team, experienced mold making technicians and a passionate sales team to provide professional project management for your projects.
Our tooling factory has all the necessary equipment required for mold making. In addition, we have high-precision detection equipment, strict measurement procedures, molding machines only for mold inspection and highly experienced mold inspection technicians. Thanks to the complete equipment and working procedures, we can offer our customers extremely competitive prices for the molds.
Our molding shop has injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 1100 tons, so we are able to produce a range of products in different sizes, from micro precision parts to large housings. The molding shop is equipped with complete finishing equipment – screen printing, pad printing, laser etching, ultrasonic welding, spray painting with UV, EMI and rubber oil, assembly and packaging. We can provide full service from product development to final assembly and packing.
Our history
Plastic Navigation Industrial Ltd. has been in the injection molding business since 1993 and began manufacturing molds in 1997. Our second injection molding factory was opened in ShaTian Town, DongGuan City in 2008 and is named DongGuan city Mingzheng Plastic & Metal Products Co. Ltd. Our mold factory was relocated to Dong Guan City in July 2013 and a subsidiary company named DongGuan City Plastic Navigation Industrial Ltd. was established, specializing in manufacturing export molds according to international standard.

President
Mr. Qin
The principal shareholder and president of the company, Mr. Qin, was the quality director of a well-known listed electrical corporation for many years. Mr. Qin not only has in-depth knowledge of ISO9000 management system and quality management system, but also has a wealth of experience and understanding. “Higher quality, better service” has always been his guiding principle.

Engineering team
Shareholder and Vice President Mr. Huang has been engaged in plastics engineering for 23 years since he graduated from a major technical college with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1990. Having worked as a project manager and technical manager in a large company in the plastics field for many years, Mr. Huang has a profound knowledge and understanding of the structure of parts and molds, as well as a very rich experience in plastic injection molding.
Under Mr. Huang’s leadership, we attach great importance to a rigorous, meticulous approach to each project. Our engineering team and project team can provide professional solutions and services for your project, such as plastic part design and analysis, mold design, project communication and follow-up, mold testing and mold analysis, technical consultation and support.

Quality Standard

Plan
Before starting a mould, the project meeting by experienced engineers studies and discusses each system to ensure they are reliable in a long life.

Quality
We only purchase steel and mould base from the big and reliable companies like LKM and MINGLEE with material certificate to guarantee the quality.

Heat-Treatment
The steel heat-treatment is done by its supplier – the big steel company.

Measurement
We measure the steel after each machining process.

Highly Trained
Every worker was trained to uniformly treat all details of each mould.

Quality Assurance
A project meeting after the mould test studies the testing conditions and problems happened, and discusses the solutions.

Reports
After a mould test, we measure the part samples with the drawing and record the measurement report.

Quality Control
Before packing a mould, we open the mould to check every insert to ensure the quality.
09.
Purchase
We only buy original plastic resin from the original manufactory, the official distributor, or the approved supplier by the client for mass production.
